Taya Shopen: I am an art therapist and a designer of woman apparel. It’s been almost ten years that I explore and practice various therapies enabling humans to liberate themselves from heartache, to see who they really are, to reveal their capacities, their power, to start living in full and with joy.
Everything that we make with our hands lets us purify our mind, awakens our hidden power, helps us explore life and reveals new possibilities. Our body, our hands, our movements and our actions – all lead us to our soul, our true nature. This is what our ancestors’ knowledge is about; and this is what we can pass to our children. The fullness of life, the ability to rejoice and to act, the ability to accept the movement of life and transmit it further, the ability to create their life, every single day.
